TENERIFE is a volcanic island, about 85 km long and 45 km wide. TEIDE volcano is 3700 m high and overhangs the whole island. Many places of interest are located on this island and near our village of Las Galletas .

On Tenerife, the climate is temperate and moderate with an average temperature varying between 22° and 28°. During summer, the nights are relatively fresh due to the oceanic influence and it is possible to sleep without air conditioning.The landscapes of the island are completely different in the northern part and in the southern part: rather dry in the southern part, they are green in the north because of the rain.
